This document is believed to be a memo sent by the CIA director in 1952 to the elected president Dwight Eisenhower, informing him about the existence of a top-secret group within the U.S. government called "The Majestic Twelve." Composed of the best scientists, government officials, and military elites, the mission of this group was to investigate reports of unidentified flying objects - and to examine crashed extraterrestrial spacecraft. More recently, in 2002, a major cyber attack on the computers of the Pentagon and NASA seems to reveal clear evidence that not only are the documents of The Majestic Twelve real, but that the government's interaction with extraterrestrials has led to the creation of a secret space program, which has already established bases on the Moon, Mars, and other celestial bodies.
